Spider-Man 2099's Powers and Abilities
The gene splicing accident that gave Miguel his powers puts him roughly on par with Peter Parker's superhuman strength, speed, and endurance, able to lift several tons and dodge incoming gunfire.

Superhuman Spider
Genetically imprinted with spider DNA, Miguel has superhuman strength (lifting 10 tons under optimal conditions), speed, stamina, reflexes and agility, and enhanced durability. He can jump up to 30 feet.
Like most Spiders of the multiverse, Miguel could crawl along walls. However, Miguel wasn't able to actually cling to surfaces. Instead, his fingers and toes now had small talons that could puncture almost any surface and allow him to free-climb surfaces.

Unlike the original Spider-Man, Miguel does not possess an extra-sensory "spider-sense" that warns him of oncoming threats. Instead, Miguel possess enhanced vision and hearing, which the original Spider-Man does not have.
In the comics, Miguel uses organic webs, but the film version shows the hero using a glowing orange web that seems to be a high-tech projection of his uniform. The high-tech webs fit perfectly with the character's concept, as Miguel is a futuristic Spider-Person, so it's a change for the better.
