Toxin is a red and black symbiote.
With Patrick Mulligan as the host, Toxin is red from the abdomen up and black from the abdomen down. With Eddie Brock as the host, Toxin resembles a combination of Venom and Carnage but with the entire body red—light on the chest, and dark on the arms and lower body.
Many of the Symbiote species have their own unique colours, Anti-Venom is white, Sleeper is green, Scream is Yellow, Venom is Black, and Carnage is red.
It's generally been accepted that symbiotes having separate colors is merely an easy way to distinguish one symbiote from another to a point that the Mighty Avengers: Venom Bomb arc treats them as interchangeable.
Blue Symbiote (2) (Agony): In the comics Agony was one of the symbiotes forcibly spawned from Venom alongside several others by the Life Foundation.
They rapidly age the symbiotes and pair them to people: Scream (yellow, female), Agony (pink, female), Lasher (green, male), Riot (grey, male) and Phage (orange, male).
Agony is largely dark purple with dark pink mix symbiote, it grants its host with claws, a blade along the fur end of the forearms, fangs and fairly long prehensile hairs, as well as manipulate its body into various form.
The son of Carnage, Toxin, was believed to be the most powerful symbiote ever created. The raw power of Toxin was so great that he was feared even by the King in Black, Knull, creator and leader of the symbiotes.
When upset or aggressive, it becomes much larger and he gets even stronger, growing vicious fangs and long, curving claws. When bonded to Eddie Brock, Toxin initially appeared all-red and massive, but after recovering from being burnt, it became red and black.
The bond between the Carnage symbiote and Kasady was stronger than the bond between Brock and the Venom symbiote. Cletus Kasady was also a serial killer and thought of as insane. As a result, Carnage is far more violent, powerful, and deadly than Venom.
As Toxin grew stronger, Venom and Carnage planned to destroy it together, yet Mulligan hoped to use his powers for good. Eventually, the symbiote and its host came to an agreement that allowed them to co-exist somewhat peacefully. Toxin is a red and black symbiote.
However, in the Venom: Planet of the Symbiotes toy line, the yellow symbiote was named Scream and the green symbiote was named Lasher.
Published Sep 21, 2021. Like his comic book counterpart, Venom 2's Carnage is "a red one," meaning a red symbiote. The reason for this isn't just for cosmetics. The color scheme of Carnage has been an important staple of the character since his debut in the pages of The Amazing Spider-Man #360.
In his final scene, actor Stephen Graham shows off the glowing blue eyes of seemingly possessed police officer Pat Mulligan. Mulligan just so happens to share his name with the first host of the Toxin symbiote in Marvel's numerous Venom spinoff comics. Who is Toxin and what does this have to do with Carnage?
3/15 Toxin
It was young, bonded with the police officer Pat Mulligan, and showed the ability to fight as a hero instead of a villain. Toxin has the same powers and abilities as Venom and Carnage, but is stronger than both combined.
Both Venom and Carnage feared the potential power of Toxin, establishing him as a force to be reckoned with. The character was created by writer Peter Milligan and artist Clayton Crain.
Are red venoms stronger? After looking over the histories of both symbiotes, and analyzing both their strengths and weaknesses, it is clear that Carnage is the stronger symbiote.
Trivia. In the comics the symbiote Phage is also referred to as the Yellow Symbiote, has identical colors, and originates from the Life Foundation. Phage was only named decades after the its debut, after years of not having an offical name.
Toxin now has a deep hatred for Venom, which coincides with Eddie's dislike of Venom.
In fact, it is the bonds that Toxin has made with his human hosts that have made him strong enough to stave off Carnage's onslaught, saving both his own body as well as Bren's life.
The Anti-Venom Symbiote (of Earth-616) is a white version of the symbiote that was attached to Eddie Brock as a result of a regular symbiote merging with his white blood cells.
If Venom is the weakest symbiote, how does he always defeat the other sybiotes? (pls no spoiler from the movie) Because sometimes you don't have to be stronger to win the fight. For example in the 1st movie, he blew it up in a space ship. He didn't overpower it.
Phage is a largely orange or yellow symbiote with black markings, it grants its host fangs, claws, instead of boot like feet there are two visible toes, and though it can manipulate its body into various form like the many blades on its shoulders, legs, arms and hands it prefers to be solid.
These five symbiotes are named Agony, Phage, Scream, Lasher, and Riot, with Riot sharing many of Venom's powers while being the most powerful of the five Life Foundation symbiotes.
Early on in his career as a "lethal protector," Venom was captured by Carlton Drake's Life Foundation and had five samples of his costume taken and turned into new symbiotes. Four of those symbiotes - Riot, Lasher, Phage and Agony - are grouped together here.
