A c cup ranges from 33 ⅘ to 43 ¼ inches. The band size for a C cup is 3 inches smaller than the bust size. C cups breasts can look quite different in different human bodies.
There's no difference in the spacing between single and double letter sizes, a DD is one full size larger than D, just like E is one full size larger than DD.
If there's a 1-inch difference between bust and band you're an A cup; 2-inch difference is a B cup, 3 inches is a C cup, 4 inches is a D cup, and so on. For example, if your bust measurement is 37 inches and your band is 33 inches, you would be a D cup because of the 4-inch difference.
If C cups are the midpoint or medium breast size indicator on the cup size scale, then D cups mark the transition towards larger breasts and DD cups are the exact opposite of A cups.
What is an F Cup Size? If you are f cup breasts, it means that your bust measurement is 6 inches larger than the band measurement. Like other cup sizes, there are lots of differences between f cups. For instance, if your band size is 32 inches and your bust size is 38 inches, your breast size is 32F.
Therefore, the g cup is much bigger cup than average cup size. Some people regard this cup size as the biggest size in the world because is even bigger than E or F cup.
After D you can either go up to DD(Double D) or its equivalent E, DDD(Triple D) is the next cup size which turns to be the equivalent of F. Once you hit F/DDD you continue to go up letters like what was done before.
Generally, the A cup is considered the smallest available but for some this is still too big and compensating with a smaller band size won't help. If you want something that's going to fit your form you'll have to go down a level to an AA or even AAA cup. They're not easy to find in Australia but they are out there.
What is the best boob size? When our participants were asked what their ideal breast size would be, the C cup was considered the most popular, with 39% choosing it above other sizes. In second place, was the D cup, which was the first choice of 29% of people who completed our survey.
But for the average sized women with normal measurements, the C cup implants are between 300-400 cc. The 300 and 325 cc volumes can be thought of as small C cups. The 375 and 400 cc as large C cups. 350 cc might be considered a classic middle C cup implant.

Measuring G cup size in inches
A G cup is roughly either 8 or 9 inches difference between your underbust and overbust measurements. We use UK sizing, and include a FF cup size, so we would say 9 inches. Other brands that skip the FF cup would say 8 inches.
Bra Cup Sizes
The further down the alphabet a letter is, the larger the cup volume, starting with AA as the smallest. Some cup sizes have double letters (like AA, DD, or FF) and some just single letters.
Is A Cup the Smallest Size? The answer is no, A cup is not the smallest size. AA cups are smaller than A, with AAA being the smallest bra size out there (although AAA is not as widely available).
It turns out, over half of women polled thought a C cup was the perfect fit. At the same time, close to 26 percent preferred a B cup. Nearly 2 percent said an A cup was their preferred breast proportion.
Simply put, the difference between a D cup and a DD cup is that; a D cup is larger than an A, B or C cup and slightly smaller than an E cup. On the other hand, a DD cup is slightly larger than an E cup, yet still smaller than an F cup.
Twin studies have shown that breast size is about 56% heritable, with only about a third of this heritability shared with the heritability of obesity [10].
Everyone has a different body type no matter what age you are. I know someone that is that age with a D cup. It is totally normal to have a size 32C at that age.
Average Cup Size
According to a survey conducted between 1992 and 2013, the average bra size in the U.S. has increased from a 34B to a 34DD, and now just six years later, the average has shot up to a DDD — that's the largest compared to any of the other countries studied.
