Access to night clubs, bars etc. is generally restricted to people aged 16 years or older. Unaccompanied children under 16 will not be allowed in night clubs or bars or casinos, most of such establishments have higher age restrictions (mostly 18 or 21 years). These rules also apply to attendance at dance events.

18 is the minimum age for night clubs/discos and they usually check ID. But there are a lot of live music places where she could go to enjoy Paris night life: the Pop In, the Flèche d'Or or just any bar/pub or concert hall.
As long as you dress nicely and don't look or act like a kid, you should have no problem clubbing in Paris under 18. Going to a nightclub alone (my first time in a night club), is it a good idea considering that I have no one to go with?
I am nearly 30, but look around 18 or so (I get carded for lottery tickets in CA!), so I am concerned that I won't get into a club/bar if I bring no ID or not the right kind of ID. French law requires that you have formal ID on you at all times, so you need to carry your passport anyway. Drivers license will be fine.
It's not illegal, it's just logistically difficult without at least one person who is 18 or older, because minors are not legally responsible for their acts (usually) and so merchants and such are reluctant to deal with them directly.
Persons under 18 get in free at all City and National museums in Paris and all over France. They don't even need a free ticket, they just walk in with their parents. You may need do prove their age if they look mature, but you can do that either with a photocopy of their passport or a passport card.

As the night pans out, the crowd shifts to the surrounding dirty dive bars and live music venues. Bastille is popular among partygoers in Paris as the area is filled with a wide variety of venues that cater to every taste — you'll find live band performances, jazz and techno clubs, and even Latino dance venues.

Contrary to common belief, they do card in Paris. Those of legal age bring the student id's from their universities or a left over fake ID from their younger days. If they are not of legal age they have fake IDs that can be purchased online from Spain. They look like driver's licenses.
France. Nightclubs, Bars: There is no legislation about minors in night clubs, bars, similar entertainment districts or dance halls.
How old do you have to be to go clubbing in Italy? Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in nightclubs and pubs. You have to be accompanied by someone elder if you fall in this age category.
The law requires that anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Furthermore, they would need to ask their parent/guardian for permission and provide proof of identity before booking themselves into any hotel room.
You are going to be fine- just get yourself informed and make a little bit of planning. Be aware of your surroundings, keep your distance and don't stop to answer anyone. I bet you will get enchanted by Paris. In another age, I traveled to Paris alone at 15 years old.
