It's entirely possible. The only questionable opponents would be Thor and Hulk, everyone else is doable. He won't be able to beat thor or hulk. tv and movie versions possible, comics no chance.
The Hulk's strength has no limits. While Kratos' rage seems to be the source of a lot of his power in battle, The Hulk could easily match this and more. The more angry Hulk gets, the stronger he becomes, and there's no way Kratos could cope with this on any level.
Could Kratos kill the Marvel or DC Universe? Short answer, definitely not but he could get through a large portion. Kratos is a SERIOUS powerhouse. In terms of power put on display, I would say he is planetary in his capabilities.
Superhuman Strength: Kratos is able to lift at least 50 tons. Superhuman Stamina.
The Hulk is going to win in a fight against Kratos. Both of them are incredibly strong and durable, but the Hulk is miles ahead of Kratos in terms of strength and durability.

Sony Kratos ultimately gets the best of Thor at the very end of Ragnarok. While he had good intentions, this partnership is short-lived. Odin betrays his own blood, murdering Thor before shifting his sights to Kratos.
Prior to the release of God of War Ragnarök, many fans found themselves thrilled at the idea of using Mjölnir after defeating Thor. While it is true that the hammer would have been an incredible asset for the player, it cannot be wielded or even picked up by Kratos (nor Atreus) for several reasons.
Picking a winner is difficult but, ultimately, Kratos would likely come out on top. You just need to look at his track record when it comes to fighting gods. He has annihilated Titans and Olympians alike, while also proving that he can go toe-to-toe with Norse gods like Baldur.
Ares, the Greek God of War, was initially depicted as a supervillain in the Marvel Universe, opposing Thor, Hercules and the Avengers. Early on, his influence on Earth was less direct as he created an organization known as the "Warhawks" and used them to create war on Earth.
Black Panther may be a beloved leader and effective combatant, but he would find himself woefully out of his league if he attempted to fight the God of War.
Kratos, even though the GOW gods are weaker than the Marvel and DC gods, they are not weaker than Spider-Man. Spidey's webs would hold Kratos for a while just like it hold Hercules once: Until he goes Berserk, then Spider-man has a big problem on his hands.
Kratos absolutely godstomps. I'm not going to do a long explanation like I normally do but I can still tell you that Kratos in literally every category is massively beyond Hela and his hax and raw power is vastly beyond her in many ways as well.
Kratos vs Thanos:
Due to Kratos' immense powers, Thanos' infinity stones won't be able to defeat him. For instance, Kratos' Shield is much stronger than Vibranium or any metal from Marvel-verse, meaning Thanos' Power Stone is not going to work on him.
1 Zeno - Dragon Ball
Another character from Dragon Ball that could defeat Kratos is the Omni-King, Zeno. He possesses great powers that make him one of, if not the most powerful being in the multiverse. With just a wave of his hand, Zeno is able to erase anything from existence, even six entire universes at once.

In God of War Ragnarök, it's likely that Kratos is around 1,055 years old. He's something of an old man, but as a demigod, he is still more than young enough to hold his own and then some in battle. Unfortunately, this is based on maths and educated guesses. Kratos's age is never told in the games.
1 Ragnarok
Although Kratos can exhibit some incredible feats of strength and has a history of killing what some might assume are unkillable and unstoppable gods, he is no match for Ragnarok itself.
Why is Zeus the strongest god? Zeus is the strongest of the gods in the Ancient Greek religion because he has both power and intelligence. He is able to ensure that he is not replaced by another, more powerful deity.
Two giants (quite literally) have come together, as Sony Santa Monica's God of War is officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Since 2005, Kratos has kept us occupied as the Ghost of Sparta. Although we moved from Ancient Greece into Norse mythology with 2018's God of War, that's only helped the series.
