#1 – INFPs According to the MBTI® Manual, INFPs are overrepresented in preferring reading as a leisure-time activity. This matched up with the surveys I conducted as well, with the average INFP reading a whopping 68 books per year!
ENTP. ENTPs are analytical and intuitive people, and so they often try to use these skills in order to read people. At the same time ENTPs do have more resources they can tap into, and might even be capable of developing their sense of other people's emotions.
INTJs are the ultimate bookworms, since they love absorbing as much knowledge as possible. INTJs are always finding new things to read and dive into, and believe it is important to always be improving. They want information to be available to them, and utilize books and research as their main source of information.
People with the ISTP personality type are often described as hard to read.
INFJs are extremely observant and perceptive people when it comes to certain things. They have this subconscious ability to pick up on information, and will process it to come to helpful conclusions.
INTJs are typically very quiet and reserved unless they happen to meet someone who, like them, loves exploring theoretical concepts, analyzing possibilities, and dreaming up long-term goals. That said, they're not typically very verbal when it comes to discussing their feelings or people's personal lives.
The ENTP. ENTPs are usually seen as energetic, curious, and spontaneous.
They're probably ISFJs, who feel super uncomfortable with the prospect of hurting anyone's feelings. "They tend to be wallflowers and can sometimes stumble over their words," says Owens. They'll likely skip the inflammatory family dinner conversation—even if they're Zooming in from thousands of miles away.
The introverted (I) intuitive (N) types (“INs”)—INFJ, INFP, INTJ and INTP—are among the most “sensitive” of the personality types.
According to Comen, both INTJs and INTPs are among the smartest, adding that thinking is actually "the primary life goal" for INTPs, as opposed to the key tool.
According to the MBTI Manual, creativity correlates most strongly with intuition (N), as well as, to a lesser extent, perceiving (P). This suggests that NPs (i.e., the INTP, INFP, ENTP, & ENFP) are, on average, the most creative of all types.
You're a Daydreamer
INFP author Edgar Allan Poe once said, “Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night.” As an INFP you relate to this quote wholeheartedly. Your imagination is the one place where you can be totally free.
On average, Intuitives tend to talk more than Sensing types. The abstract capacities of intuition contribute to linguistic proficiency, as well as a penchant for verbally exploring and communicating ideas.
Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is a mental health condition marked by unstable emotions, a distorted self-image and an overwhelming desire to be noticed. People with HPD often behave dramatically or inappropriately to get attention.
1. ESFJ. People who fit the ESFJ personality type can usually be recognized by their big hearts and kindly manner. ESFJs are warm and welcoming and their love of tradition means they value good old-fashioned manners highly.
As Clinical Psychologists, they have the opportunity to unify these interests and use them to improve the mental health and lives of their clients. As a result, MBTI® test INFJs can often make excellent Clinical Psychologists.
Of all the personality types, ENTJs are arguably the ones who care least about other people's opinions of them.
People with avoidant personality disorder are afraid of being rejected, criticized, or embarrassed and thus avoid situations where they may experience such reactions.
According to the MBTI® Manual, ISFPs were the type most likely to get upset or angry and show it, as well as the type most likely to get upset or angry and not show it.
Candidate #1: The INFP.
Type D personality is associated with social anxiety in the general population.
People with the ESFJ personality type are the stereotypical extroverts. They are social butterflies, and their need to interact with others and make people happy usually ends up making them popular.
ISTPs are the most unpredictable of the 16 personality types, because they're typically rational and logical, but can also be enthusiastic and spontaneous.
Pride: ENTJ, INTJ, ISFJ, INTP
ENTJs, INTJs, and INTPs are particularly likely to cross the line from confident to cocky. Those with an ISFJ personality tend to be less brazenly prideful, but their general stubbornness in their ways may leave them feeling superior to others.
