Bruce Wayne ordered Dick, Jason, and Damian to leave as he helped Gotham Girl in her recovery and prepared for Bane's arrival. Entering the Batcave, he saw three dead bodies left hanging. It appears the three Robins are now dead.
But every single Robin has died at one point or another, Dick Grayson was killed by Lex Luthor in the pages of Forever Evil by Geoff Johns and David Finch. Sadly, his career as Robin ended after the Joker murdered him in Batman #428. Notable Moment: To be honest, the most notable thing Jason did as Robin was get blown up.

Batman always regarded young Jason as too violent and reckless, but he tried to instill the Dark Knight's own sense of honor and morality onto the boy.
Also, I'm assuming you mean weakest in physical strength. If we go for the main 4 Robins, Tim Drake has the least amount of physical strength, but don't be mistaken, he is still VERY strong. You mentioned Jason Todd, he is actually the Strongest Robin both as Robin and as Red Hood.
