Best Friends
Butters' relationship with Kenny has been extremely close as well, with the latter often acting like a big brother towards him (despite being younger.) They both usually get along well, and Butters even drew him a picture of them in an airplane together when Kenny was dying.

Kenny is friends with Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Butters. Kenny is regularly teased for living in poverty, particularly by Cartman. Kenny's superhero alter ego, Mysterion, first appeared in the Season 13 episode "The Coon", as a rival to Eric Cartman's eponymous superhero alter ego.

Other than his Super Best Friend, Stan, Kyle's closest friend has always been the local poor kid, Kenny McCormick.

All at once, he is saved by Byron and Joey, who struggle to get him out of the water. Byron does most of the work, and eventually gets Kenny to land.
However, after Uri spared his life and went so far as to apologize for the persecution the Ackermann family, Kenny felt indebted to him and began a new line of work on the Royal Council. While the series usually maintains an expanding continuity, it is a running joke that Kenny's deaths from episode to episode are treated in a highly inconsistent fashion. Early-season deaths are usually treated as "non-canon", in that they are not acknowledged as having happened at all.
In the series, Kenny's face is barely ever shown. He is usually seen in his signature orange hoodie that covers the majority of his face except for his eyes and mouth.
Stuart McCormick is an out-of-work alcoholic who frequently abuses his wife. He is Kenny, Karen and Kevin's dad. His first appearance is in the episode Death where he is called Mr.
