As you might know, Hashiras are the strongest swordsmen in the Demon Slayer world, but only a few come close to Mitsuri when we talk about physical strength. As the Love Hashira, she appears to be relatively friendly and harmless, but she turns into a powerhouse when a demon appears in front of her.
Although she's killed prior to the story, back in the days, Kanae Kocho was the most powerful Flower Hashira, and even one of the strongest female characters in Kimetsu no Yaiba.

Shinobu Kocho is a capable Demon Slayer whose worthy of being the Insect Hashira. That being said, she's arguably the weakest Hashira when it comes to pure strength.
Demon Slayer's Tengen Uzui is considered to be one of the weakest Hashira due to almost losing this fight, but the fact is that Tengen only looks weak when compared to the most overpowered Hashira.
The Insect Pillar of Demon Slayer Corps, Shinobu is undeniably the smartest individual. She might not be physically stronger than others, but her intelligence is what kept her going. Shinobu is proficient in medical knowledge and can also create poisons out of wisteria flowers that are lethal to demons.
And that's exactly what happened to Makomo in Demon Slayer. While Makomo's age was never specified, it's likely that she was anywhere from 12 to 15. After all, she appeared to be a contemporary of the 13-year-old Tanjiro Kamado.
The Wind Hashira has one of the saddest backstories in Demon Slayer. His mother had turned into a demon and had killed five of his siblings. He was forced to kill his own mother in an attempt to save his only remaining brother, Genya.

One of the first named human deaths outside Tanjiro's family, Kanae Kocho was Shinobu's older sister and predecessor. Soft-spoken and kind but by no means a pushover, Kanae met her untimely end at the hands of a high-ranking fiend, Doma, the second-highest-ranked member of the Upper Moon demons.
After successfully defeating Doma, Kanao searches the ground for Shinobu's lost hairpin, and realizes that Kanae's has broken. She recalls that when Kanae died, she was unable to cry, but no one judged her for it.

Despite her petite appearance, Mitsuri Kanroji has a special muscular composition that makes her muscles eight times denser than an ordinary human's. She is also more flexible than the other Hashira. These two strengths balance out her being the slowest runner out of all the Hashira.
