The MCU already introduced a Mr. Fantastic, John Krasinski in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, although nothing guarantees that Krasinski will be the MCU's Reed Richards. Therefore, the actual Fantastic Four and Doom might only appear in 2025.
The Black Panther has been the protector of Wakanda for many centuries, so even with T'Challa's passing in the MCU, someone must step up and become the hero. It's not exactly a surprise that Princess Shuri (Letitia Wright) becomes the new Black Panther in Wakanda Forever.
After the title credits, there is a time jump of one year, but the film does not move on from T'Challa's death. The film portrays multiple ways of grieving and processing death through those close to T'Challa.
But Killmonger chose death over imprisonment, and removed the spear that T'Challa impaled him with, ending his life. Killmonger's death ended up making an impact on T'Challa, as he chose to open Wakanda's borders to the world as well as its resources.
Although the internet and fans on Reddit would have led you to believe Doctor Doom appears in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the character does not make an appearance across the film in any manner nor is he even mentioned.
