Common tenrecs have loads of babies Firstly, they produce the most offspring of any mammal, having up to 30 babies at a time. Secondly, they have the most nipples of any species of mammal - a staggering 36 of them!
Most dogs have 5 sets of mammary glands (and 10 nipples) - however that can range from 4-6 gland sets (and 8-12 nipples); and most cats have 4 sets of mammary glands (and 8 nipples) - but that too can range from 3-4 gland sets (and 6-8 nipples).
Some marsupials have up to 19 or 20 nipples, located in a pouch. Eutherians with large litter sizes have nipples arrayed in lines on each side of the body; in extreme cases, such as the African rat Mastomys, they run from the axillae (armpits) along the body to the sides of the thighs.

The word is udder, and yes female donkeys ( Jennies ) have an udder consisting of two halves and two teats. as do mares and all other equine.

Among the bovids, the alcelaphines (hartebeests, wildebeests, and relatives), gazelles, and some caprines (sheep, goats, and relatives) have two, the rest have four.
