Severus Snape, a character from the Harry Potter series, was not afraid of either Mad-eye Moody or Bellatrix Lestrange. The only person Severus Snape was afraid of was likely Voldemort. And even then his fear was tempered with deep hatred for him.

Severus Snape is one of the most divisive characters in the entire "Harry Potter" series. He was a double agent, so many character details were kept a secret. His mother was a witch and his father was a Muggle, leading to the moniker "The Half-Blood Prince."
But when they went to Hogwarts, everything changed. The pair were parted when the Sorting Hat placed Severus in Slytherin and Lily in Gryffindor, and while Lily thrived in her new, magical life, Snape was essentially placed in close quarters with the likes of Lucius Malfoy, Avery and Mulciber.
Lily brought light and warmth into Snape's life from the moment they met. He was an isolated, lonely child whose magic would have only made him more of an outsider in his hometown of Cokeworth.

Lily ended up hating Snape for what he did at school, his obsession with the Dark Arts and his friends. Snape didn't like Harry, he hated Harry because he was split image of his father, James. Snape only did what he did because Harry was Lily's son and it was partly his fault that she died anyway.
There were many things Snape actually liked, but probably only one he ever truly loved. Look no further than his Patronus, which remained a doe even after all those years. Though she left this world, Lily Evans never left Snape's heart. For many, it was proof that he had one to begin with.
Bellatrix had a fear of rejection as well where Voldemort was concerned, wanting nothing more than to please him but was always frightened that she would lose his favor.
He doesn't trust Snape as Dumbledore does, but he believes that he can detect any disloyalty. Moreover, Voldemort regards Snape as highly intelligent and therefore ' as a true Slytherin ' a person whose top priority is to take care of himself.
History of Slytherin
The Head of Slytherin is Horace Slughorn (who left the role to Severus Snape for fifteen years before taking it up again in 1996) and the House's patron ghost is the Bloody Baron.
He would always resent Harry for being James' son instead of his. Snape even said that he didn't want anyone to find out that he was protecting Lily's child, “especially Potter's son” (pg. 679 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) because of his hatred for James.
Horace Slughorn (1997 - present) Horace, after being convinced by Dumbledore and Harry Potter, returned to Hogwarts as the Potions master. After Severus killed Dumbledore and became headmaster of Hogwarts, it was decided that Horace was to become the Head of Slytherin House once again.

He was a wizard with a strong aptitude for brewing potions and was so gifted that he created new spells like Sectumsempra and Levicorpus. A highly strong Occlumens, Snape also convinced Voldemort that he was on the Dark Lord's side, demonstrating his courage as a Slytherin.
Her greatest fear was probably failure

Albus Dumbledore
It is not certain what the specific fear is as he is not fearing the death of his sister as she is already deceased and it is suggested that Dumbledore fears that it was him who directly killed his sister in the conflict or that he fears the loss of control that lead to his sister's sudden death.
Voldemort's greatest fear is death and as a result a boggart takes the form of his own corpse. It is unsurprising that this is Voldemort's biggest fear. After all, he did split his soul up encasing it in various horcruxes just so to keep himself from dying.
