1) Don Krieg
His golden armor serves as somewhat of a peacock, giving the appearance of strength with no substance to match. He's overall incredibly weak, showing no offensive tactics once his armor is broken.
Law's crew are notably weak compared to Luffy & Kid's to the extent that they struggle with Rayleigh's Haki at Sabaody. This is because Law was never gathering a strong crew to take the throne, he was gathering friends to travel with him until he could reach Dressrosa.
1 Kuzan - 10th Ship Captain
He also has a Logia-type ability known as the Hie Hie no Mi, which makes him an Ice Human and allows him to produce ice and manipulate it at will. Kuzan is incredibly powerful and certainly the strongest Yonko Commander that the fans have seen in the story so far.
Even now, many believe that this final member will be Dr. Vegapunk, who has even asked Luffy directly to let him tag along on their ship. However, based on the most recent chapters of One Piece, it seems more and more likely that the final Straw Hat actually joined the crew long ago.
Edward England is known today as one of the more humane pirate captains of the Golden Age of Piracy.
1 – Blackbeard
Easily the most famous buccaneer on the list and possibly the most terrifying pirate of all time, Blackbeard had a reputation of horrific magnitude in his day.
The powder monkeys would run from below deck taking gunpowder to the cannon crews during times of battle. Mopping the decks was a daily chore and could be particularly dangerous during treacherous weather. Swabs were the lowest rank on a pirate ship and a job that most wished to avoid.
Captained by Trafalgar Law, the Heart Pirates are among the most powerful crews in the world. The crew made their debut in the Sabaody Archipelago, where they had a minor tussle with the Marines. The Heart Pirates would reappear at the Marineford to save Luffy and Jimbei from death.
Law is a tough pirate who would be able to endure most of Sanji's kicks. Thus, Sanji would need to use his Ifrit Jambe to injure him for real. However, he can only maintain that technique for a brief amount of time before tiring himself. His genetically enhanced body is also useless against Law's Ope-Ope techniques.
Law would certainly put up a good fight, but Luffy's Haki is far superior. Not many One Piece fighters can withstand the force of a Gear Fourth attack, with Conqueror's Haki only making it that much stronger.
Nami was one of the first characters to join the Straw Hat Pirates, and remains an extremely important character to the story. When it comes to strength, she's the weakest member of the crew, which is why she often relies on clever tricks and strategies in battle.
Sailors and pirates tended to be very superstitious - that is, they had a fear of the unknown and used it to explain misfortune (bad things that happened). Living and working on a ship in the middle of the seven seas was a very dangerous job.
Edward Low started his piratical career in 1721 in the Caribbean. Over the next few years, Low blazed a path of destruction, becoming, according to one contemporary account, “the most noted pirate in America” – and certainly the most vicious. He seemed to relish torturing and killing his victims.
Captain Samuel Bellamy ( c. 23 February 1689 – 26 April 1717), later known as "Black Sam" Bellamy, was an English sailor turned pirate during the early 18th century. He is best known as the wealthiest pirate in recorded history, and one of the faces of the Golden Age of Piracy.
Captain Kidd can be said to be the most unfortunate pirate ever to sail the high seas! For it was his bad luck to sail as a privateer/pirate just when the rules changed and the privateer/pirate became an outlaw.

There is no denying that Kaido is the strongest pirate alive in the One Piece world, and he's been repeatedly mentioned to be just that by people and even Eiichiro Oda himself. Following Kaido, however, are the men who he holds in the highest regard, and out of them, only Shanks is alive right now.
The theory teases in the beginning about the 13th being Momo that fits the dragon sign. This theorist also believes that Momo will lead Wano so he quickly shut that possibility down. So the theory suggests Vivi to be the 13th with her Celestial Dragon lineage tying her to the dragon sign.
Yamata is going to become the 11th member of the Straw Hat Pirates soon. We thought she will become one by the end of the Wano arc, but unfortunately, she stayed to help Momonosuke and the others raise Wano back to glory again. But Yamato is confirmed to be the unofficial 11th member of the Straw Hat Pirates.
